Obituary for Angelina "Angie" Visconti
Angelina "Angie" Visconti, 86, of Yonkers, NY, passed away on Tuesday, September 20, 2022. Angie was born on January 24, 1936 in the Bronx and attended Walton High School, graduating in 1953. On April 16, 1955, she married the love of her life, Lou Visconti, at Immaculate Conception Church in the Bronx.
She was employed by Travelers Insurance Co.as an Administrative Assistant, retiring in 1994 after 19 years of service.
Angie was predeceased by her parents, Carlo and Lucy Giobbe, and her brother, Robert. She is survived by her beloved husband Lou and their children: daughter, Donna (Donny) Bopp; sons, Randy, John (Cindy) and Paul (Sylwia) Visconti. She is also survived by her cherished grandchildren: Rick (Corinne) Strome, John (Erica), Christopher, Brittany and Chloe Visconti, plus two great grandchildren, Kevin and Natasha Strome.
Deeply religious, she was a parishioner of Saint Eugene's Church, In Yonkers for over 58 years.
Angie was a loving, generous, caring and giving person, happiest when she was doting over her "babies" who will miss her terribly.
