Anne T. Capalbo, 89 of Tuckahoe, New York passed away on December 2, 2020 in her home surrounded by family.
Anne was born in Mt. Vernon, NY to Antoine and Mary Gianonni on February 23, 1931. She married the love of her life James Capalbo on May 25, 1947 and in 1958 they settled into their new home in Tuckahoe, NY where she enjoyed 62 years in a home she loved. She was a homemaker raising her children and supported and assisted her husband with his business. Anne is preceded in death by her husband, James and her brother, Jay Gianonni.
Anne is survived by her children, Joseph Capalbo and wife Linda of Yonkers, NY, James Capalbo and wife Maureen of Little River, SC, Thomas Capalbo and wife, Rosemarie of Stamford, CT and Judith Simpson and husband, Wally of Tuckahoe, NY. Her brother Anthony Gianonni of Simi Valley, CA, sisters Marie Weishaus of Mt. Vernon, NY and Linda Pizutti of Mt. Vernon, NY. She was the proud grandmother of 9, great grandmother to 9 (with number 10 due in 2 weeks) and great great grandmother to 1.
Anne was a loving, kind hearted and giving person who will be deeply missed by her family and all those who knew her.
