When Carlos was a toddler, the family moved to New York City, where he resided until 2014.
Carlos attended local Catholic grammar and high schools, and graduated from St. Francis College in Brooklyn in 1969. Most recently, Carlos resided at the Meadowview Assisted Living Facility in Mount Vernon, New York. Carlos was loved at the Meadowview, as he was throughout his life, for his kindness, compassion and deep devotion to God.
He will be greatly missed.
Carlos is survived by his brother, Joseph Lopez, many friends, and his Carmelite confreres who were blessed to have known him.
