Samuel (Sammy) Torres Rivera, 54 passed away peacefully on Friday March 26, 2021 at his home.
He was born on August 13, 1966, at Saint Joseph's Medical Center in Yonkers, NY, to Hermino Torres and Carmen Rivera. He attended Yonkers Public Schools, and was in a 18 year relationship with Jacqueline Ildefonso, mother of his 4 children.
Sammy lived life to the fullest, he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Always with a easy smile making peolple laugh and always the life of the party. He was readily availble to help anyone in need.
He is survided by his four (4) children Samuel Torres Jr., Joshua Torres, Yesenia M. Torres, and Jocelyn A. Torres, eight (8) grandchildren, two (2) God children and four (4) sisters and two (2) brothers.
Sammy's passing has left an empty space in our family and friends lives. His memory will be kept in our minds and hearts forever. He will be truly missed.
