Sister Constance Brennan (1936-2020) died at Kittay Senior Apartments on September 26, 2020. She entered the Sisters of Charity of New York on September 8, 1956.

Sister Connie’s ministry of education spanned all levels as teacher, librarian, and media resource person. She served in St. Joseph’s Academy, Manhattan; Our Lady of Angels, Bronx; St. Joseph School, Yonkers; St. Gabriel, New Rochelle, Academy of Mount St. Vincent, Tuxedo Park and the College of Mount St. Vincent, Bronx. She also served for eight years as Archivist for the Sisters of Charity.

Sister Connie is survived by several cousins and the Sisters of Charity with whom she has shared life for 64 years.

Visitation with Prayer Service: Flynn Memorial Home, Central Park Ave., Yonkers, on Thursday, Oct. 1st from 2 to 4 p.m.

Funeral Mass: Margaret of Cortona Church, Riverdale, on Friday, Oct. 2nd at 9:45 a.m.

Interment: Saint Joseph Cemetery, Yonkers, NY. For additional information refer to Sisters of Charity website: scny.org.
