Valerie J Carden was born on September 18, 1956 in Mt. Vernon, New York to the parents of Namon and Catherine Carden.
Valerie's strong will, courageous spirit and good heart guided her through 65 years. Valerie attended and graduated Mount Vernon High School and went on to Graduate with a Degree from Westchester Community College. Thereafter, Valerie worked and retired from Montefiore as an X-ray Technician.
Valerie was blessed with a loving family. She was survived by her children Nicole (daughter), Joaquin (son) and grandson Dante along with a host of nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
Valerie will be greatly missed for her mentally keen sense of humor and concern for others. Valerie was surrounded by loved ones who will continue striving to honor her memory by living their lives to the fullest.
Valerie's zest for life will be remembered with love, long after her passing.
